A | China's Ministry of Commerce on Wednesday announced a decision to take countermeasures against six U.S. entities. These countermeasures, which took effect on Wednesday, were adopted in response to the United States' sanctions against Chinese companies under the pretext of so-called "forced labor," according to the ministry. The U.S. move seriously violates international law and the basic norms of international relations, and gravely undermines China's sovereignty, security and development interests, the ministry said. The six U.S. entities subject to the countermeasures are Applied DNA Sciences, Inc., Stratum Reservoir, LLC., Altana Technologies, Inc., Responsible Business Alliance, Verite Group, Inc., and Human Rights in China. They assisted and supported the United States' unlawful Xinjiang-related sanctions, the ministry said in a statement. Organizations and individuals within China are prohibited from engaging in any transactions, cooperation or other related activities with these six entities, the decision noted. 。

C | 　　听完课后，大家纷纷表示，杨思斌的授课深入浅出，视野宏大，通过大量身边耳熟能详的案例，让大家对劳动法律法规有了更深理解，对一些习以为常、约定俗成的错误做法，从法律的源头进行了科学阐释，听后耳目一新、深受启发、受益颇丰。　　济宁市总工会相关负责人则表示，此次培训，就是希望全市各级工会干部以更高站位做好工会法律工作，把维护职工劳动权益，构建和谐劳动关系放到全市工作大局中去认识和定位，切实增强风险防控意识，扎实做好维权维稳工作，以职工队伍和谐稳定促进社会大局和谐稳定，把工会建设成为广大职工遮风挡雨的“温馨家园”。（李贤贤葛红普）。
